- All products are made-to-order.
- Orders are typically processed and sent to production within 5 business days after payment is confirmed.
b. Customization or Seasonal Delays:
- Processing times may be longer during holidays or for custom designs.
- We will notify you of any significant delays.
2. Shipping Costs
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are based on your location and the weight of your order.
- Any applicable taxes or duties are the responsibility of the customer.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
- Domestic (U.S.): 7-10 business days after production.
- International: 7–21 business days after production.
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or customs processing for international orders.
4. Shipping Providers
We use reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx for domestic shipping. International orders may be shipped via local partners or international carriers.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your package’s progress.
6. Lost or Delayed Shipments
- If your order is delayed or lost in transit, please contact us at sales@rustyhalodesignco.com with subject line "shipping update" and include order number in the body of email for quicker response time.
- While we are not responsible for carrier delays, we will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We are not responsible for most or stolen packages, you must contact your carrier for any issues with delivery.
7. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for reshipment or refund.
8. Returns Due to Delivery Issues
- If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipment.
- Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipping.
