Return & Refund Policy for Rusty Halo Design Co.

At Rusty Halo Design Co., each product is made-to-order with care. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or incorrect.
1. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we’re here to make it right! Please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order at sales@rustyhalodesignco.com with:
- A description of the issue.
- A photo of the product and defect
- Order number
Once we verify the issue, we will offer a replacement or refund, only if we cannot send a replacement
2. Non-Refundable Situations
We cannot accept returns or provide refunds for:
- Buyer’s remorse or sizing issues (please check size charts carefully before ordering)
- Incorrect addresses provided by the customer
- Variation of color due to computer screen
3. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
